What we store

Restaurant accounts (email, hashed password), menu, floor, orders, and platform tickets for shops that use Pizzaiolo. We do not sell that data. Delivery platforms send orders through MERGEPORT; they have their own privacy terms.

Devices

The ops app keeps a session token on the device. Shift role and theme stay on that device. Kitchen PIN is chosen by the shop.

Payments

Subscription billing (when live) goes through Stripe. Card numbers never sit in PizzaFlow servers.
